The Northern West Virginia Pilots Association is a small, all volunteer, non-profit flying club dedicated to promoting general aviation. We provide our members with a community to inform and enjoy private aviation in the Fairmont/Clarksburg, West Virginia area.

Greetings and a Happy New Year to All!   Our monthly meeting is this Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009 at the Bridgeport Hill Eat 'n Park.  As usual, dinner is at 6:30 and the meeting begins at 7:30. 

This month Dr. Shehl will present a program on two important topics:
     1.  The "ups and downs" of good takeoffs and landings, and
     2.  Interpretation of PIREPS from raw FSS data (extremely important during icing season!)

The webmaster can create photo albums and upload pictures and can give you the rights to do this as well..  Once permission is granted, you are welcome to submit pictures to be displayed.  However, this site will not display pictures that are copyrighted, do not have the permission of the owner, or can be considered "adult" material.
